India has a strong national health and education campaign that Oxfam is part of.
Together we campaign for more money for health and education from the Indian Government. The Indian campaign is led by kids who are calling on their leaders to give the money needed for all children in India to have access to good health care and education. Changing the situation in India will improve the lives of millions of people. But this is still only part of the solution. On September 13th 2007 Indian kids and campaigners called for other countries to act in solidarity with them. They asked for 6 million people around the world to join them by pledging their support to the For All campaign. |
