Refund Policy

When you buy a virtual gift through Oxfam Unwrapped, you are making an online donation to Oxfam-Québec. Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive a tax receipt by mail for 100% of the purchase price of the item. Please note that Oxfam-Québec is required to issue a tax receipt in the name of the person who made the online purchase. We are therefore unable to issue refunds.
