In 1990, the Cambodia Canada Development Project was implemented and the first planning missions were organized.
Since 1991, the regional office in Hanoi, Vietnam, has monitored activities in Cambodia.
The province of Pursat was selected as the main focus of this program, which has been operational since May 1991.
From 1994 to 2001, Oxfam-Québec managed a large food security project in this province.
Today, Oxfam-Québec is continuing its activities in the Pursat region.
