The 41st edition of Oxfam-Québec's Marche 2/3 (march two thirds) took place on May 13th. Nearly 12 000 youth from schools throughout Quebec took to the streets of Montreal to proclaim loud and clear their civic commitment and express their solidarity with the people in developing countries.
