Strategic plan

September 2007 Based on the Oxfam International Strategic Plan 2007-2016 (OISP), this plan reveals our strategic goals over the next six years: economic justice, essential services, rights in crisis, gender justice and youth empowerment.
This Plan will help Oxfam-Québec to bring about essential and sustainable change for many different communities and will provide us with the necessary tools to play a crucial role in the struggle for international justice and solidarity.
