The Tsunami Fund Reports

In 2005, the Oxfam International Tsunami Fund was created as an independent organization registered in the United Kingdom by Oxfam International and its affiliates. Its Board of Directors comprises the heads of the affiliates, including Pierre Véronneau of Oxfam-Québec, as well as two outside directors.
